In these sessions, the focus is on learning techniques for use before, during, and after competitive sport. Learn how to relax or pump yourself up pre-game, improve your focus and decision making in-game, and develop techniques for productive post-game analysis.
Sessions can be taught individually or in groups, at a variety of locations including Ipswich Seven Hockey Club (310 Tuddenham Road), Ipswich Sports Club (Henley Road), at your school or club, and at other locations by request.
Hockey coaching (1-2-1 or small groups) available. Includes meditation, fitness, flexibility, power, agility, and technical training.
